By blending durable upholstery with unique secondhand statement pieces, Casa Peña balances high-performing rental operations with an awe-inspiring, highly photogenic atmosphere.

The terracotta picket-tile feature wall brings this intense geometric energy that is counterbalanced by this warm lush mustard-velvet tufted sofa, which adds a layer of tactile glamour.

CV: The space feels curated over time, not styled in a day. The dramatic, vintage matador paintings act as a powerful anchors on the walls, injecting some narrative and immediate drama into the space. And the sculptural floor lighting and patterned throw pillows transforms a simple residential layout into an immersive, highly photogenic boutique sanctuary.
DD: The crown jewel of the room is undeniably the handcrafted dining set… it’s such a statement and anchors the space in this rich, old-world hacienda soul. The high-back chairs immediately capture the eye with this intricate hand carved basketweave pattern. And the sculpted legs have this feathered, acanthus-like motif that is a nod to classic Mexican craftsmanship. You immediately feel transported.
Balancing Rigid Geometry & Soft Curves
