The Primm Estate transformation beautifully marries the timeless, structural warmth of a Relaxed Organic European aesthetic with the functional, elevated demands of modern family living. By expanding the footprint of this 1976 ranch home into a two-story private sanctuary on a premium one-acre lot, the design will create an enduring canvas for both sophisticated hosting and multi-generational memory making.
Project Phases
Team Dynamics
Designer
Serves as the creative vision holder with the Primm’s. We will engineer the design direction spatial plans, material selections, finish schedules and hyper-realistic 3D renderings to align stakeholders before dirt is moved or hammers start swinging.
Drafter
Rather than utilizing a costly and possibly opinionated architectural firm, we recommend a draftsman to provide technical guidance and convert spatial and floor plans into construction documents for city permitting.
Contractor
Physical implementation and site management of the project. This includes handling demolition, reconstruction, coordinating labor and trades, managing material receiving on-site, and implementing permits.
