Design Fee
To best fit the needs of the project our services are structured across three tailored pricing models.
Material Selections For curated finish and material specifications such as tile, flooring, surfaces, and paint, we charge a flat rate of $5 per square foot.
Spatial Planning & Design For comprehensive design requiring elevated detail including spatial layouts, custom cabinetry configurations, CAD drawings, and potential 3D renderings we charge a higher custom project fee to reflect the increased scope and technical intensity.
Furniture & Decor Procurement For furniture selection and sourcing, we operate on a Cost Plus 25% model. We pass our direct designer trade discounts along to you and apply a standard 25% markup to the net price.
